Check your balance, top up, and review payments and spending.

View your account balance

Usage and Top up show your account balance. View spending for today, yesterday, the last 7 or 30 days, this month, last month, or a custom date range. Dates are displayed in your local time.

Top up

  1. Open Top up and choose a preset or custom amount.
  2. Follow the online payment flow. Users on the China site can also pay by business bank transfer.
  3. Once payment is confirmed, check your balance and payment records.

Online top-ups use Alipay on the China site and Stripe-hosted checkout on the global site. Business bank transfers require business verification; use the recipient information shown on the page. Amounts, currency, and verification requirements are shown on the current page.

Payments and invoices

Billing lists payment orders with their IDs, amounts, payment methods, creation times, statuses, and available actions.

Users on the China site can apply for invoices, track applications, and download issued invoices. Users on the global site can view and download payment receipts.
